Queens Discussion Group

The mission of the Queens Discussion group is to create an environment for African American women on campus to have a positive outlet and to discuss imperative topics for the improvement of communication networks, and constructive interaction between African American Women.

This program seeks to create bonds with women through conversation of critical thinking on topics such as

  • Feminism
  • Violence Against Women
  • Gender Inequality
  • Lesbianism
  • Colorism
  • African American Women Leadership
  • Democracy In Education
  • Current Events

Queens is a program that will give women the opportunity to progress with topics to embody respect and become knowledgeable of what it means to be personified as a woman.
